We are a small family owned & operated business. Less hassle = more fun. Insider tip: if your unit was not occupied night before your arrival you can check in at 9am and get a full day of slopeside fun. Condos are all walk out to trails, family friendly units with cable tv & wifi plus fully equipped kitchens. Sorry NO PETS are allowed at either building, and they are serious about quiet hours beginning at 10 pm.
Our office is located at the bottom of Sunday River access road
at 15 Skiway Road, Newry, ME 04261 next to Old Sunday River Inn. Hassle free checkin, we will text you door code morning of arrival. No need to stop at office, you'll be in your unit with enough time to enjoy apres'ski slope side.
The beds will be made when you arrive and we leave bath towels, you will need to bring pool towels. 1 car per condo , family friendly and strict quiet hours begin at 10pm.
Please keep in mind - each unit is privately owned - therefore its decor is to the owners taste - they are all clean and fully stocked but please look at pictures carefully under "accommodations" to choose the style that best fits you and your needs.
