Slopeside Rentals

We are a small family owned & operated business. Owner Heidi James has been in the area for over 20 years and can anticipate your rental needs! We have 2 teenagers - one a snowboarder & one a skier - so they can help your family with the best trails and secret spots at Sunday River.

Our office is located on Main Street in Bethel, where you will pick up your key and information packet and we will be available to you for your entire stay.

To make your stay feel more like 'home away from home', we can do your initial grocery shopping and have the groceries put away in the cupboards and refrigerator prior to your arrival. We also can have a cooked meal awaiting you, just heat, serve and relax. Something else you would like that wasn't an option on the grocery list? A Birthday cake perhaps? OR fresh cut steaks - do not hesitate to ask - we want you to have a memorable stay with us! You will find your fully furnished unit made up and ready for your stay.

Please keep in mind - each unit is privately owned - therefore its decor is to the owners taste - they are all clean and fully stocked but please look at pictures carefully under "accommodations" to choose the style that best fits you and your needs.
